Serena has spent nearly four years guiding individuals on their well-being journeys. Starting as a certified Holistic Nutritionist and Wellness Coach, she struggled with insecurity, imposter syndrome, and perfectionism. The pressure to be perfect and please others to feel "enough" weighed on her heavily. After experiencing healing through God-centered mentorship and community, she earned her Christian Mental Health Coach Certification. Now, Serena empowers Christian women to anchor their confidence, peace, and security in Christ, freeing them to serve and love more like Christ. She lives in the Bay Area, California, with her family and serves on the Apostle Coffee Team at VIVE church.
